احذر.. العقوبة 5 ملايين جنيه لو استخرجت مواد خام دون ترخيص

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

يفرض قانون الثروة المعدنية عقوبة الحبس والغرامة التي تصل إلى 5 ملايين جنيه على استخراج المواد الخام دون ترخيص.
تزداد عقوبة الحبس والغرامة في حال تكرار جريمة استخراج الخامات بدون ترخيص.
يواجه المرخص له الذي يستخرج الخامات خارج حدود ترخيصه غرامة مالية تصل إلى 5 ملايين جنيه.
يُعاقب قائد المركبة التي تحمل خامات من محاجر غير مرخصة بالحبس وغرامة تعادل ضعف قيمة المادة المحجرية.

ينص قانون رقم 198 لسنة 2014 المعنى بإصدار قانون الثروة المعدنية، على حزمة من العقوبات بشأن استخرج أي مادة خامة من خامات المناجم أو المحاجر أو المواد المصاحبة أو الأملاح دون ترخيص.
