حُرمت سيارة تويوتا راف فور 2026 من جائزة السلامة الأمريكية بسبب نتائج اختبار التصادم الأمامي ذي التداخل المتوسط.
حققت السيارة تقييمات جيدة في اختبارات التصادم الجانبي والتصادم الأمامي بالتداخل الصغير وكفاءة المصابيح الأمامية.
حصلت النسخة الهجينة على تقييم مقبول بينما حصلت نسخة الهجين القابل للشحن على تقييم هامشي في اختبار التداخل المتوسط.
أظهرت الاختبارات وجود مخاطر متوسطة لإصابة الرأس والرقبة والصدر لركاب المقاعد الخلفية بسبب انزلاق حزام الكتف.
