اختصاصات بالقانون للجنة العلمية للأمراض الوراثية بقانون الطوارئ الطبية

حدد القانون رقم 5 لسنة 2024 اختصاصات اللجنة العلمية للأمراض الوراثية والنادرة ضمن صندوق مواجهة الطوارئ الطبية.
تختص اللجنة باقتراح قائمة الأمراض الوراثية والنادرة التي تستحق الدعم المالي للعلاجات الخاصة بها.
تتولى اللجنة اقتراح الدلائل الإرشادية للأمراض الوراثية بالتعاون مع الجهات ذات الصلة واعتمادها من المجلس الصحي المصري.
تقوم اللجنة بتقديم تقارير فنية دورية لمجلس إدارة الصندوق حول سبل مواجهة الأمراض الوراثية والنادرة على المستوى القومي.

حدد القانون رقم 5 لسنة 2024 بتعديل بعض أحكام القانون رقم 139لسنة 2021 بإنشاء صندوق مواجهة الطوارئ الطبية لدعم وتمويل الخدمات الطبية المقدمة للمواطنين وكفالة استدامتها
