ارتفاع أرباح “سابتكو” الفصلية بنسبة 86.3% إلى 17.5 مليون دولار 

ارتفع صافي ربح الشركة السعودية للنقل الجماعي “سابتكو” بنسبة 86.3% وبلغ 17.5 مليون دولار (65.7 مليون ريال) خلال الربع الثاني من عام 2026، مقارنة بـ 9.4 مليون دولار (35.3 مليون ريال) في الربع المماثل من العام الماضي.

وعلى أساس ربعي، قفز صافي ربح الشركة بنسبة 1129.1% في الربع الثاني مقارنة بأرباح بلغت 1.4 مليون دولار (5.3 مليون ريال) في الربع الأول من العام الحالي.

وقالت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الاثنين إن إيراداتها انخفضت بنسبة 0.08% إلى 134.1 مليون دولار (502.7 مليون ريال)، مقارنة بـ 134.2 مليون دولار (503.1 مليون ريال) في الربع الثاني من عام 2025، نتيجة انخفاض معدلات التشغيل لخدمات النقل.

أوضحت أن نمو الأرباح الفصلية على أساس سنوي جاء بدعم من انخفاض تكلفة الإيرادات ومصروفات البيع والتوزيع، وارتفاع حصة الشركة في أرباح شركة زميلة ومشروع مشترك، إلى جانب ارتفاع الإيرادات الأخرى ودخل التمويل وانخفاض تكاليف التمويل.

وفي النصف الأول من عام 2026، ارتفعت إيرادات “سابتكو” بنسبة 6.5% إلى 239.7 مليون دولار (899 مليون ريال)، مقارنة بـ 225.2 مليون دولار (844.4 مليون ريال) في الفترة المماثلة من العام السابق، مدفوعة بارتفاع معدلات التشغيل لخدمات النقل.

وسجل صافي ربح الشركة خلال النصف الأول من العام الحالي قفزة بنسبة 548.3% وبلغ 18.9 مليون دولار (71.0 مليون ريال)، مقابل 2.9 مليون دولار (11.0 مليون ريال) في الفترة المماثلة من العام السابق.

انخفاض الخسائر المتراكمة

كما انخفضت الخسائر المتراكمة إلى 53.9 مليون دولار (202.1 مليون ريال) بنهاية يونيو 2026 وتعادل نسبتها من رأس المال إلى 16.17%، مقارنة بـ 71.4 مليون دولار (267.8 مليون ريال) بنهاية مارس 2026 كانت تمثل 21.4% من رأس المال.

وأوضحت أن الإجراءات التي اتخذتها لتخفيض الخسائر تشمل تطبيق استراتيجيتها المبنية على تحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية وتعزيز الربحية لقطاعات ووحدات الشركة وارتفاع الإيرادات التشغيلية للشركة لارتفاع معدلات نقل الركاب لخدمات النقل العام.

وقامت الشركة بالتوسع في مجال نقل الركاب من خلال الفوز بمشاريع النقل العام داخل مدن (المدينة المنورة – جدة – الدمام – الطائف – جازان – القصيم – تبوك – الأحساء – أبها).

كما توسعت “سابتكو” في مجالات الصيانة والخدمات اللوجستية بتأسيس شركات تابعة جديدة لتنويع مصادر الدخل بالشركة.
