ارتفاع الرقم القياسي لتكاليف البناء في السعودية 2.6% خلال مايو

أظهرت بيانات الهيئة العامة للإحصاء السعودية، اليوم الاثنين، ارتفاع الرقم القياسي لتكاليف البناء بنسبة 2.6% خلال شهر مايو 2026 مقارنة بالشهر المماثل من العام السابق.

وأرجعت الهيئة الارتفاع بشكل رئيسي إلى زيادة تكاليف البناء للقطاع السكني بنسبة 2.5%، وزيادة تكاليف البناء للقطاع غير السكني بنسبة 3%.

وجاء ارتفاع الرقم القياسي لتكاليف البناء للقطاع السكني نتيجة لارتفاع تكاليف استئجار المعدات والآلات بنسبة 4.7% مدفوعة بارتفاع تكاليف استئجار المعدات والآلات مع مشغل بنسبة 6.3%، وكذلك ارتفاع تكاليف العمالة بنسبة 2.5% مقارنة بشهر مايو 2025، وارتفاع أسعار الطاقة بنسبة 3%.

وشهدت تكاليف المواد الأساسية ارتفاعاً بنسبة 1.6% نتيجة ارتفاع أسعار الأخشاب والنجارة بنسبة 3.6% وأسعار مواد البناء الأخرى بنسبة 2.6%.

وارتفع الرقم القياسي للقطاع غير السكني بنسبة 3% على أساس سنوي، نتيجة ارتفاع تكاليف استئجار المعدات والآلات بنسبة 6.7% مدفوعة بنسبة بزيادة تكاليف استئجار المعدات والآلات مع مشغل بنسبة 8.5%، وزيادة تكاليف العمالة بنسبة 3% وكذلك زيادة تكاليف الطاقة بنسبة 3%.

وعلى أساس شهري، ارتفع الرقم القياسي لتكاليف البناء لشهر مايو 2026 بنسبة 0.2% مقارنة بشهر أبريل 2026، ويعزى ذلك بشكل أساسي إلى ارتفاع تكاليف القطاع السكني بنسبة 0.2% وتكاليف القطاع غير السكني بنسبة 0.3%.
