ارتفاع قياسي في أسعار الغذاء العالمية لم يسجل منذ 3 سنوات وفق منظمة « الفاو »

أعلنت منظمة الأغذية والزراعة التابعة للأمم المتحدة (فاو)، ارتفاع أسعار المواد الغذائية العالمية في يوليوز الماضي إلى أعلى مستوى لها منذ أكثر من ثلاث سنوات، مدفوعة بتصاعد التوترات الجيوسياسية إلى جانب الظروف المناخية غير المواتية التي أثرت على الإنتاج الزراعي في عدد من المناطق الرئيسية حول العالم.

وأعلنت (الفاو) أن متوسط مؤشرها لأسعار الغذاء ارتفع إلى 131.1 نقطة خلال يوليوز 2026، مقارنة مع 130.3 نقطة في يونيو، ليسجل أعلى مستوى منذ يناير 2023، مضيفة أنه رغم هذا الارتفاع، لا يزال المؤشر أقل بنحو 18,2 في المائة من الذروة التاريخية التي بلغها في مارس 2022.

وجاء الارتفاع الأخير مدفوعا بشكل رئيسي بزيادة أسعار الحبوب، إذ ارتفع مؤشر الحبوب بنسبة 3,4 في المائة على أساس شهري، فيما قفزت أسعار القمح بنحو 5,8 في المائة نتيجة المخاوف من اضطراب صادرات منطقة البحر الأسود، إضافة إلى الأضرار التي لحقت بالمحاصيل بسبب موجات الحر في عدد من الدول المنتجة الرئيسية.

كما واصل مؤشر الزيوت النباتية ارتفاعه، مسجلا زيادة بنسبة 2 في المائة ليبلغ أعلى مستوى له منذ يونيو 2022، في المقابل، شهدت بعض السلع الغذائية تراجعا في الأسعار؛ إذ انخفض مؤشر أسعار اللحوم بنسبة 2,8 في المائة مقارنة بالمستوى القياسي الذي سجله في يونيو.

وفي سوق السكر، ارتفعت الأسعار بنسبة 5,6 في المائة، مدفوعة بمخاوف الطقس في أوربا وآسيا، إضافة إلى توقعات بزيادة الطلب على الإيثانول في البرازيل، وهو ما قد يقلص الكميات المخصصة للتصدير إلى الأسواق العالمية.
