ارتفاع قياسي في إصدارات السندات الحكومية عالميا مع زيادة الإنفاق واتساع العجز

تشهد أسواق السندات الحكومية حول العالم زيادة قياسية في وتيرة الاقتراض، مع لجوء الدول إلى الأسواق المالية لتمويل ارتفاع الإنفاق العام وتزايد عجز الموازنات.

ووفق بيانات جمعتها وكالة “بلومبرغ”، بلغت إصدارات السندات السيادية نحو 504 مليارات دولار منذ بداية العام، متجاوزة مستويات النصف الأول من عام 2020 خلال ذروة تداعيات جائحة كورونا.

ويأتي هذا الارتفاع في ظل زيادة الإنفاق على الدفاع والبنية التحتية ومشروعات التحول للطاقة، إضافة إلى دعم الأسر في مواجهة الضغوط التضخمية الناتجة عن التوترات الجيوسياسية وارتفاع أسعار الفائدة.

وتتصدر إيطاليا قائمة أكبر المقترضين عبر إصدارات السندات المجمعة، تليها ألمانيا وبريطانيا وعدد من الدول الأوروبية، إلى جانب دول أخرى مثل أستراليا والمكسيك، فيما يتوقع استمرار النشاط القوي في السوق خلال الفترة المقبلة مع استمرار احتياجات إعادة التمويل وارتفاع تكاليف الاقتراض عالميًا.
