ارتفاع وتيرة تسريح العمالة في سنغافورة خلال الربع الأول

تراجع سوق العمل في سنغافورة خلال الربع الأول من عام 2026، مع انخفاض الوظائف الشاغرة وارتفاع حالات تسريح العمالة إلى أعلى مستوى منذ الربع الثالث من عام 2023.

وحسب البيانات النهائية الواردة في تقرير سوق العمل الصادر عن وزارة القوى العاملة في سنغافورة، انخفض عدد الوظائف الشاغرة من 77.7 ألف وظيفة في ديسمبر 2025 إلى 73.3 ألف وظيفة في مارس 2026، مقارنة بنحو 80.1 ألف وظيفة شاغرة في مارس 2025.

وأشارت الوزارة إلى أن هذا التراجع يعود بشكل رئيسي إلى انخفاض فرص العمل المتاحة لغير المهنيين، والمديرين، والمديرين التنفيذيين، والفنيين، وفقاً لوكالة الأنباء الألمانية “د ب أ”.

ومع ارتفاع الطلب على العمالة الماهرة، زادت الوظائف الشاغرة للمهنيين والمديرين والمديرين التنفيذيين والفنيين في مارس 2026، فعلى سبيل المثال، ارتفع عدد الوظائف الشاغرة في قطاع الخدمات المالية من 4300 وظيفة في الربع السابق إلى 5800 وظيفة في مارس.

وبشكل عام، كان هناك 1.46 وظيفة شاغرة لكل عاطل عن العمل في مارس 2026، مقارنة بـ 1.58 وظيفة شاغرة في ديسمبر 2025.
