استحقاق الثلاثاء يحدد صلاحيات ترامب.. استطلاعات الرأى ترجح خسارة الجمهوريين في التجديد النصفي للكونجرس

تعد انتخابات التجديد النصفي يوم الثلاثاء حاسمة في تحديد صلاحيات الرئيس ترامب ومستقبله السياسي.
تشير استطلاعات الرأي إلى تراجع شعبية ترامب والحزب الجمهوري أمام الديمقراطيين بسبب الأوضاع الاقتصادية.
تسببت الحرب على إيران والرسوم الجمركية في ارتفاع تكاليف المعيشة وتدهور رضا الناخبين عن الإدارة.
خصص ترامب 400 مليون دولار لدعم الجمهوريين في الانتخابات وسط انتقادات ديمقراطية لوعده بمنح المواطنين أموالا.

يواجه الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب وحزبه الجمهوري «الحاكم» صعوبات كبيرة في الحفاظ على الغالبية داخل مجلسى النواب والشيوخ، بعدما أكدت استطلاعات رأى وخبراء أن التجديد النصفى للكونجرس، غدا الثلاثاء، سيحد من صلاحياته، وربما يهدد مستقبله السياسى فى حال فوز الحزب الديمقراطى بالأغلبية في مجلسي النواب والشيوخ «الكونجرس». تصاعدت داخل الحزب الديمقراطى مطالب بالتجهيز لمحاكمة الرئيس.
