استقالة موفق مباره الرئيس التنفيذي لـ”أسواق العثيم” وتكليف العضو المنتدب بمهامه

وافق مجلس إدارة شركة أسواق عبد الله العثيم على استقالة الرئيس التنفيذي موفق عبد الله مباره من منصبه، على أن تسري الاستقالة اعتباراً من 19 أغسطس 2026، وذلك نظراً لظروف خاصة.

وقالت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الأربعاء إن مجلس الإدارة قرر تكليف عضو مجلس الإدارة والعضو المنتدب عبد الملك عبد الله العثيم بمهام الرئيس التنفيذي، اعتباراً من 19 أغسطس 2026، وذلك لتسيير أعمال الشركة إلى حين تعيين رئيس تنفيذي جديد.

وحصل عبد الملك العثيم على درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم من جامعة سافولك في الولايات المتحدة الأميركية عام 2020. ويشغل حالياً عضوية مجلس الإدارة والعضو المنتدب وعضوية اللجنة التنفيذية في شركة أسواق عبد الله العثيم، إلى جانب منصبه رئيساً تنفيذياً لشركة عبد الله العثيم للاستثمار.

كما يتولى عبد الملك العثيم عدداً من المناصب والعضويات في شركات أخرى، ويتمتع بخبرات في قطاعات التجزئة والخدمات المالية والاستثمارات، إضافة إلى البحث والتحليل المالي والتخطيط الاستراتيجي.
