اسكتلندا تعين مديري الاكتتاب لأول إصدار سندات لها بقيمة 1.5 مليار إسترليني

عينت حكومة اسكتلندا بنوك “إتش إس بي سي” (HSBC)، و”نات ويست” (NatWest)، و”آر بي سي” (RBC)، بالإضافة إلى “ميريل لينش” (Merrill Lynch) التابع لبنك أوف أميركا، للعمل كمديري الاكتتاب المشتركين لأول عملية بيع سندات لها في التاريخ الحديث.

ويهدف البرنامج إلى بيع ديون بقيمة 1.5 مليار جنيه إسترليني (ما يعادل 1.97 مليار دولار) على مدى السنوات الخمس المقبلة، وذلك لتمويل مشاريع البنية التحتية.

من جانبها، قالت نائبة رئيس الوزراء الاسكتلندي، جيني جيلروث: “إن برنامج السندات الخاص بحكومة اسكتلندا مدعوم بتصنيفات ائتمانية عالية من الدرجة الاستثمارية الموصى بها، صادرة عن وكالتي تصنيف ائتماني عالميتين”، وفق وكالة “رويترز”.
