ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • حدد قانون العمل الجديد إطاراً قانونياً لتنفيذ اتفاقيات العمل الجماعية والتعامل مع الظروف الاستثنائية التي قد تعوق تنفيذها.
  • أوجب القانون على طرفي الاتفاقية تنفيذها بحسن نية والالتزام بالوفاء بالالتزامات المتفق عليها.
  • منح القانون ذوي المصلحة الحق في المطالبة بتنفيذ الاتفاقية أو التعويض عن عدم تنفيذها.
  • منح المنظمات النقابية ومنظمات أصحاب الأعمال الحق في رفع الدعاوى نيابة عن أعضائها للدفاع عن مصالحهم.

وضع قانون العمل الجديد إطارًا قانونيًا لتنفيذ اتفاقيات العمل الجماعية والتعامل مع الظروف الاستثنائية التي قد تعوق تنفيذها، إلى جانب تحديد حقوق ذوي المصلحة في المطالبة بتنفيذ الاتفاقيات أو التعويض عن عدم الالتزام بأحكامها.
