  • تقدمت عضو مجلس الشيوخ باقتراح لإنشاء مركز اتصال موحد لخدمة الأشخاص ذوي الهمم وتيسير وصولهم للخدمات الحكومية وغير الحكومية.
  • يهدف المقترح إلى توفير دليل شامل ومحدث للحقوق والمزايا ومعالجة مشكلات تشتت المعلومات وتعدد الجهات المقدمة للخدمات.
  • يوفر المركز قنوات تواصل متعددة تشمل الاتصال الهاتفي والمحادثة النصية ومكالمات الفيديو بلغة الإشارة مع توفير فرص عمل لذوي الهمم.
  • يستفيد المشروع من خبرات قطاع الاتصالات والبنية التحتية لتقديم منظومة متكاملة تضمن دقة المعلومات ومتابعة الطلبات والشكاوى وتطوير الخدمات.
