اقتراح برغبة لإعداد خريطة وطنية لاحتياجات سوق العمل وسد فجوة المهارات

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

تقدم عضو مجلس الشيوخ باقتراح إعداد خريطة وطنية للمهارات حتى عام 2030 لسد الفجوة بين مخرجات التعليم واحتياجات سوق العمل.
يهدف المقترح إلى توفير عمالة ماهرة لدعم الاستثمار والتصنيع والتحول التكنولوجي وتعزيز قدرة الاقتصاد المصري على المنافسة.
يتضمن المقترح وضع إطار متكامل يربط سياسات التعليم والتدريب بخطط التنمية الاقتصادية وتطوير التخصصات بما يتناسب مع التحولات التكنولوجية.
يطالب المقترح بتعزيز مشاركة القطاع الخاص في تصميم البرامج التدريبية وإطلاق برنامج وطني لإعادة التأهيل المهني للخريجين والباحثين عن عمل.
