« الأحرار » في مجلس النواب يطلبون تأجيل اجتماع لجنة العدل للبث في قانون « المحاماة »

مع بدء اجتماع لجنة العدل والتشريع في مجلس النواب، منتصف اليوم الخميس، المخصص للمناقشة والمصادقة على مشروع قانون « المحاماة »، تقدم فريق التجمع الوطني للأحرار بطلب تأجيل اجتماع اللجنة، لإتاحة الفرصة للنواب من أجل تدارس التعديلات التي أقرها مجلس المستشارين على المشروع.

وقال سعد بنمبارك، عن التجمع الوطني للأحرار في نقطة نظام، « نطلب مهلة يومين أو ثلاثة أيام لتعميق النقاش في مجموعة من التعديلات التي جاءت من الغرفة الثانية ».

طلب الأحرار تفاعل معه سريعا رئيس اللجنة، سعيد بعزيز، بإعلان رفع الاجتماع لمدة خمس دقائق قصد إتاحة الفرصة للأغلبية من أجل التشاور لتقديم طلب مكتوب لتأجيل الاجتماع.

واحتج نواب الاستقلال على قرار رفع الاجتماع من طرف رئيس اللجنة دون منح الكلمة لباقي مكوان الأغلبية، وأكدت البرلمانية فاطمة بنعزة أن طلب التأجيل جاء من فريق الأحرار فقط وليس من الأغلبية.
