الأطباء: الزيادة المقررة لأعضاء المهن الطبية لا تحقق أي تحسن حقيقي

اعتبرت النقابة العامة للأطباء أن الزيادات المالية الأخيرة في حوافز الأداء ومكافآت النوبتجيات لا تمثل تحسنا حقيقيا يتناسب مع أعباء الأطباء.
طالبت النقابة بإصلاح هيكل الأجور لضمان زيادة مستدامة تراعي سنوات الدراسة والتخصص وظروف العمل الشاقة في أقسام الطوارئ.
طالبت النقابة بتطبيق اللائحة المالية للهيئة العامة للرعاية الصحية على جميع الأطباء لتقليص الفجوات الكبيرة في الدخول بين مختلف جهات المنظومة الصحية.
أوضحت النقابة وجود تفاوتات كبيرة في الدخول بين الأطباء العاملين في التأمين الصحي الشامل ووزارة الصحة والسكان.

أكدت النقابة العامة للأطباء، أن تحسين الأوضاع المالية للأطباء وزيادة دخولهم بما يتناسب مع طبيعة مسؤولياتهم المهنية…
