الأمم المتحدة تعيّن إيفانكو لقيادة تصفية بعثتها في الصحراء الغربية

أعلنت الأمم المتحدة تعيين ألكسندر إيفانكو لرئاسة فريق تصفية بعثتها للاستفتاء في الصحراء الغربية.
بدأت عملية التصفية رسميا في الأول من نوفمبر الجاري بعد انتهاء ولاية البعثة.
يتولى إيفانكو مهمة الإشراف على إعادة المراقبين العسكريين ونقل الأصول والمعدات التابعة للأمم المتحدة.
أكد الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة أن رحيل البعثة لا يلغي حقوق سكان الصحراء الغربية في تقرير المصير.

نيويورك: أعلنت الأمم المتحدة تعيين ألكسندر إيفانكو لرئاسة فريق تصفية بعثتها للاستفتاء في الصحراء الغربية “مينورسو”، عقب انتهاء ولايتها دون تجديدها من مجلس الأمن الدولي. جاء ذلك على لسان المتحدث باسم الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة ستيفان دوجاريك، الجمعة، خلال الإيجاز الصحافي اليومي. وقال دوجاريك إن الأمين العام أنطونيو غوتيريش عيّن إيفانكو، ممثله الخاص السابق في […]
