الأمم المتحدة: هجوم المستوطنين على موسم قطف الزيتون الفلسطيني أداة للتهجير والسلب

اعتبر مكتب مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان أن هجوم المستوطنين على موسم قطف الزيتون الفلسطيني أداة للتهجير والسلب.
سجل المكتب 160 اعتداء من قبل المستعمرين في الضفة الغربية خلال الأسبوعين الأولين من الشهر الجاري بحماية القوات الإسرائيلية.
تضمنت الاعتداءات استخدام الذخيرة الحية وإضرام النيران وتدمير أشجار الزيتون المعمرة وسرقة المحاصيل والمعدات الزراعية.
وثقت وزارة الزراعة الفلسطينية تضرر 3522 شجرة مثمرة وخسائر زراعية تجاوزت مليوناً و19 ألف دولار خلال أسبوع واحد فقط.

ذكر مكتب مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان في فلسطين، اليوم الخميس، أن “هجوم المستوطنين الإسرائيليين على موسم قطف الزيتون، يعدّ أداة أخرى من أدوات التهجير والسلب، تزيد معاناة المجتمعات الفلسطينية”.
