الأهل يتفوّقون على أطفالهم في استخدام الهواتف أثناء الوجبات العائلية

(CNN) — ينعكس تناول العائلات الطعام معًا بانتظام على فوائد عديدة، مثل تحسين الرضا العاطفي واتباع أنظمة غذائية أكثر صحة. لكن إيجاد الوقت للجلوس معًا كل ليلة بات يبدو مهمة صعبة.

حتى بالنسبة للعائلات التي تنجح في تحقيق هذه اللحظات المشتركة، فإن الاستخدام المتزايد لوسائل الإعلام مثل الهواتف الذكية وأجهزة التلفاز أثناء الوجبات يضيف عائقًا آخر أمام التواصل.
