الإدارية العليا تنصف مواطنا من ذوي الإعاقة، وتلغي حكما برفض منحه بطاقة الخدمات المتكاملة

قضت المحكمة الإدارية العليا بإلغاء حكم سابق برفض منح مواطن من ذوي الإعاقة بطاقة الخدمات المتكاملة.
أكدت المحكمة أحقية المواطن في الحصول على البطاقة بعد ثبوت حالته من خلال التقارير الطبية والمستندات.
استندت المحكمة في قرارها إلى تقرير لجنة طبية ثلاثية من مصلحة الطب الشرعي بمحافظة الغربية.
ألزمت المحكمة الجهة الإدارية بالمصروفات المترتبة على الحكم الصادر لصالح الطاعن.

قضت المحكمة الإدارية العليا بإلغاء الحكم الصادر عن محكمة القضاء الإداري، والقضاء مجددا بأحقية أحد المواطنين من ذوي الإعاقة الحركية في الحصول على بطاقة الخدمات المتكاملة لأصحاب الهمم..
