«الإسكان الاجتماعي» ينتهي من تنفيذ 890 ألف وحدة لمحدودي الدخل

  • أتم صندوق الإسكان الاجتماعي تنفيذ 890 ألف وحدة سكنية لمحدودي الدخل وتستمر أعمال إنشاء 182 ألف وحدة أخرى.
  • بلغ متوسط سعر الوحدة المنفذة 344 ألف جنيه مع توفير تمويل عقاري بفترات سداد تصل إلى 20 عامًا.
  • تتضمن المشروعات وحدات بنظامي التمليك والإيجار بمساحات متنوعة ودعم نقدي مباشر يصل إلى 180 ألف جنيه.
  • يستهدف الصندوق توفير وحدات سكنية منخفضة التكلفة عبر شراكات مع القطاع الخاص في 8 مدن جديدة.
