الإسكان تطرح 25 ألف وحدة سكنية بنظام الإيجار التمليكى 20 سبتمبر الجارى

وزيرة الإسكان توجه رؤساء أجهزة المدن الجديدة بتحويل شكاوى المواطنين إلى حلول ملموسة

أعلنت المهندسة راندة المنشاوي، وزيرة الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية، فتح باب التقدم لـ 25 ألف وحدة سكنية بالمحافظات والمدن الجديدة، من خلال صندوق الإسكان الاجتماعي ودعم التمويل العقاري ضمن المبادرة الرئاسية «سكن لكل المصريين 9»، والخاص بالوحدات بنظام «الإيجار» للمواطنين منخفضي الدخل، وهيئة المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة بنظام «الإيجار المنتهي بالتملك»، وذلك اعتبارًا من 20 سبتمبر الجاري وحتى 28 أكتوبر المقبل، تنفيذًا لتوجيهات الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي، بالتوسع في طرح الوحدات السكنية للمواطنين بنظام الإيجار، والتي تهدف إلى تيسير حصول الشباب حديثي الزواج على وحدات سكنية.
