“الإعادة السعودية” تضاعف أرباحها الفصلية إلى 30.62 مليون دولار

قفز صافي ربح الشركة السعودية لإعادة التأمين (الإعادة السعودية) خلال الربع الثاني من عام 2026 بنسبة 118.4% إلى 30.62 مليون دولار (114.84 مليون ريال)، مقارنة بـ14.02 مليون دولار (52.58 مليون ريال) في الربع المماثل من العام السابق، بدعم نمو أعمال إعادة التأمين وعكس فائض متراكم غير متكرر.

وعلى أساس فصلي، قفز صافي ربح الشركة بنسبة 145.8% مقارنة بصافي ربح بلغ 12.46 مليون دولار (46.72 مليون ريال) في الربع الأول من العام الحالي.

وذكرت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الاثنين أن إيرادات التأمين ارتفعت خلال الربع الثاني من العام الحالي بنسبة 69.1% إلى 187.05 مليون دولار (701.42 مليون ريال) مقابل 110.61 مليون دولار (414.78 مليون ريال) في الربع المماثل من العام الماضي.

وخلال النصف الأول من عام 2026، ارتفع صافي الربح بنسبة 83.6% إلى 43.08 مليون دولار (161.56 مليون ريال) مقارنة بـ23.46 مليون دولار (87.99 مليون ريال) في الفترة نفسها من عام 2025.

وزادت إيرادات التأمين إلى 336.43 مليون دولار (1.262 مليار ريال) مقابل 196.85 مليون دولار (738.18 مليون ريال)، بنمو 70.9%.

وأرجعت الشركة نمو الأرباح نصف السنوية إلى ارتفاع إيرادات إعادة التأمين بنسبة 71% نتيجة نمو الأعمال وفق استراتيجيتها، إلى جانب عكس فائض متراكم غير متكرر بقيمة 14.27 مليون دولار (53.5 مليون ريال)، وانخفاض صافي مصاريف تمويل إعادة التأمين بنسبة 44%.

كما ارتفعت أقساط إعادة التأمين المكتتبة خلال النصف الأول إلى 878.13 مليون دولار (3.293 مليار ريال)، مقارنة بـ 557.07 مليون دولار (2.089 مليار ريال)، بزيادة 58%.
