“الإعادة السعودية” تكمل الاستحواذ على 22.5% من “AdA Risk Holding” البريطانية

أتمت الشركة السعودية لإعادة التأمين “الإعادة السعودية” استحواذها على حصة تبلغ 22.5% (على أساس الأسهم المخفضة) في شركة AdA Risk Holding Co Limited البريطانية، مقابل 8.95 مليون جنيه إسترليني، وفقا لبيان من الشركة على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الخميس.

وأوضحت الشركة في بيان سابق أن الصفقة تم توقيعها في 26 يونيو 2026، وحصلت على موافقة هيئة التأمين السعودية بتاريخ 13 يوليو الحالي وسيتم تمويلها من مواردها المالية الذاتية.

وذكرت أن AdA Risk Holding Co Limited تعد الشركة القابضة لشركة AdA Underwriters Limited، التي تدير AdA Syndicate 2024 المتخصص في التأمين البحري وأنواع التأمين المتخصصة في سوق لويدز في لندن.

وقالت “الإعادة السعودية” إن الصفقة تأتي ضمن استراتيجيتها للتوسع العالمي، عبر تعزيز حضورها في سوق لويدز، وتنويع محفظة أعمالها، وتطوير حلول إعادة تأمين متخصصة، بما يدعم تحقيق قيمة مستدامة للمساهمين والعملاء.

وتوقعت الشركة أن يبدأ انعكاس قيمة الصفقة وحصتها من نتائج شركة AdA في قوائمها المالية اعتباراً من الربع الثالث من عام 2026، على أن تسهم في تعزيز حجم الأعمال المكتتبة من سوق لويدز ابتداءً من عام 2027، مع استمرار الأثر الإيجابي خلال السنوات اللاحقة.
