الاتحاد الأوروبي: القارة بحاجة للمزيد من مصافي النفط لمواجهة صدمات الطاقة

تسعى المفوضية الأوروبية لزيادة قدرات تكرير النفط لمواجهة نقص إمدادات الديزل والضغوط الجيوسياسية.
أدى إغلاق ربع مصافي التكتل خلال عقدين إلى انخفاض القدرة التكريرية بنحو 10%.
بدأت بروكسل محادثات مع شركات التكرير لتعزيز إنتاج الوقود في المنشآت القائمة.
تتوقع المفوضية استمرار شح سوق الديزل العالمي حتى عام 2027 مما يؤثر على أسعار الوقود.
