«البند التاسع يحسم الجدل».. محافظ البحر الأحمر: التنازل عن الأراضي يخضع لسلطة المحافظة في الموافقة أو الرفض

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • يخضع التنازل عن الأراضي المخصصة لمشروعات الإسكان في البحر الأحمر للسلطة التقديرية للمحافظة وفقاً لما تراه محققاً للمصلحة العامة.
  • يتطلب قبول طلبات التنازل سداد كامل ثمن الأرض وسداد مقابل التنازل بنسبة 1% من السعر السوقي الحالي.
  • يشمل القرار تنظيم أوضاع طلبات التنازل السابقة، والتعامل مع العقود المشهرة، وحالات الأراضي التي بها مخالفات بنائية.
  • يبدأ العمل بالقرار من اليوم التالي لتاريخ صدوره مع إلغاء القرار رقم 223 لسنة 2009.

أصدر محافظ البحر الأحمر قرارًا جديدًا بشأن تنظيم ضوابط قبول طلبات التنازل عن قطع الأراضي المخصصة لإقامة مشروعات الإسكان، مؤكدًا أن البت في طلبات التنازل يخضع للسلطة التقديرية للمحافظة
