البنك المركزي يقر 14 ضابطًا رقابيًا لتنظيم استعانة البنوك بالوكلاء المصرفيين

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

أقر البنك المركزي المصري 14 ضابطًا رقابيًا لتنظيم استعانة البنوك بالوكلاء المصرفيين لتقديم الخدمات.
تتضمن الضوابط وضع سياسات لتقييم المخاطر، وإدارة تعارض المصالح، ووضع خطط للطوارئ واستمرارية الأعمال.
يتحمل البنك المسؤولية الكاملة عن أفعال وكلائه، مع ضرورة ضمان حماية بيانات العملاء ومكافحة غسل الأموال.
يجب على البنوك نشر قائمة بالوكلاء المعتمدين وتدريب موظفيهم على إجراءات مكافحة غسل الأموال وحماية حقوق العملاء.

يارا الجنايني- أقر البنك المركزي المصري 14 ضابطًا رقابيًا يتعين على البنوك الالتزام بها لدى الاستعانة بالوكلاء المصرفيين لتقديم الخدمات المصرفية، تضمنت وضع سياسة للوكالة المصرفية واعتمادها من مجلس الإدارة، على أن تشمل معايير اختيار الوكلاء وفقًا للسياسات الداخلية والقواعد المنظمة.
