البنك المركزي: 7 مسئوليات والتزامات للوكلاء المصرفيين لتقديم الخدمات البنكية

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

أصدر البنك المركزي المصري مجموعة من المسئوليات والضوابط للوكلاء المصرفيين عند تقديم الخدمات البنكية.
يُحظر على الوكيل المصرفي إحالة التزاماته التعاقدية للغير أو استخدام كلمة بنك في شعاره أو وسائله الدعائية.
يجب على الوكيل تقديم تقارير مكافحة غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب وإبلاغ البنك بحوادث الأمن السيبراني والتشغيل والاحتيال.
يلتزم الوكيل بإخطار البنك عند إغلاق أي منفذ للخدمة مع إزالة اللافتات وتسليم كافة المستندات المتعلقة بالعمليات.

يارا الجنايني- ألزم البنك المركزي المصري الوكلاء المصرفيين بمجموعة من المسئوليات والضوابط عند مزاولة نشاط الوكالة المصرفية وتقديم الخدمات البنكية، ضمن القواعد المنظمة لاستعانة البنوك بالوكلاء المصرفيين.
