البورصة و«مصر للمقاصة» تبحثان دعم التكامل وتطوير سوق رأس المال

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

اجتمع مجلسا إدارة البورصة المصرية وشركة مصر للمقاصة لبحث سبل تعزيز التعاون الاستراتيجي والتشغيلي وتطوير منظومة سوق رأس المال.
يركز التعاون على تعميق التكامل التقني وتطوير آليات التداول وتحديث المنظومة التكنولوجية والخدمات المالية بما يتماشى مع الممارسات العالمية.
يهدف الربط المشترك إلى ضمان أعلى مستويات الأمان في عمليات التسوية المركزية والإيداع والقيد ورفع كفاءة وجاذبية السوق.
اتفق الجانبان على عقد لقاءات دورية وتشكيل فرق عمل فنية مشتركة لمتابعة المبادرات الاستراتيجية وتنفيذ خطط التطوير.

اجتمع مجلسا إدارة كل من البورصة المصرية وشركة مصر للمقاصة والقيد والإيداع المركزي، لبحث سبل تعزيز التعاون الإستراتيجي والتشغيلي بين الجانبين، ودعم تطوير منظومة سوق رأس المال المصري. وأكد الجانبان أهمية استمرار التنسيق والربط المشترك بين البورصة المصرية ومصر للمقاصة، باعتبارهما من الركائز الأساسية في منظومة سوق رأس المال المصري، مع التركيز على تعميق التكامل.
