التأمين الصحي ببني سويف يتحرك لتقليل التكدس وتحسين خدمات المرضى

أجرى مدير عام فرع التأمين الصحي ببني سويف جولة ميدانية لمتابعة سير العمل وتطوير الخدمات في عدة عيادات ومراكز طبية.
وجه مدير الفرع بتفعيل منظومة الاستدعاء الآلي لتقليل التكدس وتسهيل حركة المترددين وتوفير الوقت والجهد خاصة لكبار السن.
شملت الجولة التأكد من توافر الأدوية اللازمة وتطوير بيئة تقديم الخدمة وإعادة توزيع غرف الكشف لتكون وحدات خدمية متكاملة.
شدد مدير الفرع على سرعة التعامل مع شكاوى المنتفعين وتحسين مستوى التعامل معهم لضمان تقديم الخدمة بصورة لائقة.

أجرى الدكتور محمد يحيى إسماعيل، مدير عام فرع الهيئة العامة للتأمين الصحي ببني سويف، جولة ميدانية موسعة شملت عيادة الصحة المدرسية (1)، وعيادة السلام، وقسم الإحصاء ومركز خدمة العملاء بمبنى الهلال للمراك
