“التحالف” يطالب بالإفراج عن سيد مشاغب: استمرار حبس أصحاب الرأي يمثل انتقاصا من الحقوق والحريات ويتناقض مع سيادة القانون

طالب حزب التحالف الشعبي الاشتراكي بالإفراج عن سيد مشاغب والمعتقلين الآخرين معه، بعد أكثر من 11 عامًا قضوها في السجن، مشيرًا إلى إضافة أشهر جديدة إلى مدد حبسهم على خلفية وقائع مرتبطة بالاحتفال.

وقال الحزب، في بيان، إن هذه القضية تأتي في وقت شهدت فيه البلاد تجمعات جماهيرية أمام منزل مرتضى منصور، دون توجيه اتهامات للمشاركين فيها تتعلق بالتجمهر أو قطع الطرق.

وأكد الحزب أن استمرار حبس أصحاب الرأي يمثل انتقاصًا من الحقوق والحريات الأساسية، ويتعارض مع مبادئ العدالة وسيادة القانون.

وجدد التحالف الشعبي الاشتراكي مطالبته بالإفراج عن جميع سجناء الرأي، ووقف الملاحقات المرتبطة بالتعبير السلمي عن الآراء أو الاحتفال الرياضي أو المواقف السياسية، داعيًا إلى فتح المجال العام أمام مختلف الأصوات المدنية والتعبيرات السلمية المشروعة.
