التزامات محددة للتخلص الآمن من مخلفات الهدم والبناء.. اعرف التفاصيل

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • نظمت اللائحة التنفيذية لقانون إدارة المخلفات آليات نقل ومعالجة والتخلص من مخلفات الهدم والبناء.
  • تتولى الجهات الإدارية المختصة توفير المواقع المخصصة للمعالجة والتخلص النهائي والإشراف على تنفيذ العمليات.
  • يلتزم الأشخاص المرخص لهم بتدوير المخلفات وفق المواصفات القياسية أو التخلص منها في الأماكن المخصصة.
  • تتحمل الجهة المولدة تكاليف التخلص من المخلفات في حال الإخلال بالضوابط مع اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة.

نظمت اللائحة التنفيذية الصادرة بقرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء لقانون تنظيم إدارة المخلفات الصادر برقم 202 لسنة 2020، آليات تنظيم نقل مخلفات الهدم والبناء والتعامل معها
