التشريعات الإعلامية في ليبيا… قوانين قديمة وحرية صحافة تنتظر الإصلاح

تواجه التشريعات الإعلامية في ليبيا تحديات كبيرة بسبب تقادم القوانين الحالية وعدم مواكبتها للتطورات الرقمية والتحولات في المشهد الإعلامي.
يعتمد القضاء الليبي حتى الآن على قانون المطبوعات لعام 1972 الذي يتضمن مواد عقابية ولا يحدد تعريفاً للصحفي.
يفتقر الإعلام الليبي إلى ميثاق شرف مهني يضبط سلوك المؤسسات ويحد من خطاب التحريض والانقسام داخل المجتمع.
يواجه الصحفيون مخاطر الملاحقة القانونية بسبب قصور التشريعات المنظمة لعملهم وغياب إطار قانوني يوازن بين الحرية والمسؤولية.

تواجه التشريعات الإعلامية في ليبيا تحديات متزايدة في مواكبة التحولات التي يشهدها المشهد الإعلامي، في ظل التطور المتسارع لوسائل النشر الرقمي، وتعدد المنصات الإعلامية، وما يرافق ذلك من تساؤلات بشأن حدود حرية التعبير والضمانات القانونية لممارسة العمل الصحفي.
