التصالح في مخالفات البناء 2026.. آخر موعد للتقديم والأوراق المطلوبة

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • تم تمديد مهلة تقديم طلبات التصالح في مخالفات البناء لعام 2026 لمدد إضافية بناء على قرارات حكومية.
  • يخضع ملف التصالح لأحكام القانون رقم 187 لسنة 2023 ولائحته التنفيذية مع ضرورة استيفاء المتطلبات القانونية والهندسية.
  • يتطلب تقديم الطلب توفير مستندات الملكية والرسومات الهندسية وتقارير السلامة الإنشائية وإيصالات سداد رسوم الفحص ومقابل جدية التصالح.
  • لا يعد تقديم الطلب أو سداد الرسوم موافقة تلقائية على التصالح بل يخضع الطلب للفحص القانوني والفني للتأكد من استيفاء الشروط.

يتزايد اهتمام المواطنين بمعرفة تفاصيل التصالح في مخالفات البناء 2026، خاصة موعد انتهاء المهلة المحددة لتقديم الطلبات، والشروط القانونية، والمستندات المطلوبة لتقنين أوضاع العقارات المخالفة.
