التصعيد الحوثي يفاقم انهيار الصحة.. 17 ألف إصابة بالكوليرا والضنك

فاقم التصعيد العسكري الذي تشنه ميليشيا الحوثي الإرهابية من الضغوط على القطاع الصحي في اليمن، في وقت تحذر فيه منظمة الصحة العالمية من دفع النظام الصحي الهش إلى مزيد من التدهور، بالتزامن مع تسجيل أكثر من 17 ألف إصابة بالكوليرا وحمى الضنك و59 وفاة، وفق البيانات الواردة في آخر تقييم صحي.

وقالت المنظمة الدولية، إن العنف والنزوح وتضرر المنشآت الصحية ونقص الكوادر والأدوية تعرقل وصول السكان إلى الخدمات الأساسية، فيما لا يعمل بكامل طاقته سوى نحو 60% من المنشآت الصحية في البلاد.

وتفاقمت الضغوط على المستشفيات مع تحويل قدرات طبية محدودة إلى التعامل مع إصابات التصعيد، بينما تضررت أو توقفت منشآت صحية في مناطق متأثرة بالقتال، ما يهدد بتراجع خدمات الرعاية الأساسية، خصوصاً للنازحين والأطفال والنساء.

وحذرت الصحة العالمية، من أن الاكتظاظ في مواقع النزوح، إلى جانب نقص المياه الآمنة وخدمات الصرف الصحي، يزيد مخاطر انتشار الأمراض والأوبئة.

وأكدت، أن الكوليرا وحمى الضنك لا تزالان من أبرز التحديات الصحية في اليمن، في ظل ضعف القدرة على الاستجابة ونقص التمويل.

وتقدر منظمة الصحة العالمية احتياجاتها للاستجابة الصحية في اليمن خلال 2026 بنحو 38.8 مليون دولار، وسط استمرار فجوات التمويل التي تهدد بتقليص الخدمات الطبية.

وبذلك لا يقتصر أثر التصعيد على الخسائر المباشرة، بل يمتد إلى استنزاف منظومة صحية تعاني أصلاً من سنوات الحرب والانهيار، ما يرفع مخاطر تحول النزوح وتدهور الخدمات والمياه غير الآمنة إلى عوامل إضافية لتفشي الأمراض في المناطق المتضررة.
