التصويت المبكر يحطّم الأرقام القياسية ولا يحسم سباق الكونغرس

سجل الناخبون الأمريكيون إقبالاً قياسياً في التصويت المبكر تجاوز 54 مليون صوت قبل يوم الانتخابات.
