“التويجري للتجارة” تجدد تسهيلات ائتمانية بـ 6.67 مليون دولار مع “مصرف الراجحي”

“التويجري للتجارة” تجدد تسهيلات ائتمانية بـ 6.67 مليون دولار مع “مصرف الراجحي”

جددت شركة عبدالعزيز بن أحمد التويجري للتجارة “التويجري” بتاريخ 16 أغسطس الحالي اتفاقية تسهيلات ائتمانية متوافقة مع أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية مع مصرف الراجحي بقيمة 6.67 مليون دولار (25 مليون ريال).

وذكرت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الأحد أن مدة التمويل تمتد حتى 31 يوليو 2027، ويهدف إلى تمويل رأس المال العامل وإصدار خطابات الاعتماد.

وتشمل الضمانات المقدمة مقابل التمويل سنداً لأمر من الشركة، وكفالة غرم وأداء من محمد بن عبدالعزيز التويجري وخالد بن عبدالعزيز التويجري، إضافة إلى رهن ثلاثة صكوك تجارية.

وأوضحت الشركة أن مستندات اتفاقية التسهيلات مؤرخة في 10 أغسطس 2026، وتم استكمال توقيعها بتاريخ 16 من الشهر ذاته.
