الجامعة العربية: مشروع قانون عربي لحماية الأطفال من التجنيد بالنزاعات المسلحة

تواصل جامعة الدول العربية المراحل التحضيرية لمشروع قانون عربي استرشادي لحماية الأطفال من التجنيد في النزاعات المسلحة.
جاء المشروع بناء على مقترح جزائري وافقت عليه دورة مجلس وزراء العدل العرب السابعة والثلاثين.
تستهدف الاجتماعات الحالية استكمال دراسة مواد القانون بناء على ملاحظات الدول العربية قبل رفعه لمجلس وزراء العدل في نوفمبر الجاري.

أكدت الوزير المفوض مها بخيت، مدير إدارة الشؤون القانونية بجامعة الدول العربية، استمرار المراحل التحضيرية لمشروع القانون العربي الاسترشادي لحماية الأطفال من التجنيد في النزاعات المسلحة، تمهيدًا لعرض نتائج مناقشاته على مجلس وزراء العدل العرب خلال دورته المقبلة في نوفمبر 2026.
