الجبهة الوطنية يشيد بتوجيهات فخامة الرئيس بإيقاف تسجيل الأراضي ببعض المناطق

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

أشاد حزب الجبهة الوطنية بتوجيهات الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي بإيقاف العمل بالمنشور الفني رقم (8) المتعلق بتسجيل الأراضي.
يشمل قرار إيقاف إجراءات تسجيل الأراضي نطاق وقف الأمير مصطفى عبد المنان بمحافظات دمياط والدقهلية وكفر الشيخ.
أكد الحزب أن هذا التوجيه يهدف لحماية حقوق المواطنين القانونية وتيسير إجراءات تسجيل الملكيات.
يعتبر الحزب أن هذه الخطوة تعزز الثقة بين المواطن ومؤسسات الدولة وترسخ مبادئ العدالة ودولة القانون.

يتابع حزب الجبهة الوطنية، باهتمام التوجيه الصادر عن فخامة الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي، بشأن إيقاف العمل بالمنشور الفني رقم (8) الصادر عن مصلحة الشهر العقاري والتوثيق.
