الجزائر في حاجة الى إصلاحات سياسية نوعية

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

تحتاج الجزائر إلى إصلاحات سياسية نوعية تعالج نقص المؤسسات السياسية وعلاقتها بالمواطنين.
تعاني النخب السياسية والمجتمعية من عجز عن إحداث تغيير حقيقي في النظام السياسي المترهل.
أدت الأزمات اليومية مثل نقص المواد الغذائية إلى إبراز فشل التسيير الرسمي الحالي.
تفتقر السلطة الحالية والجهات المعارضة للجرأة السياسية الكافية لإجراء إصلاحات هيكلية شاملة.

فكرة دافعت عنها بالتلميح مرة وبالتصريح أكثر من مرة في كتاباتي الإعلامية والأكاديمية. بعد أن تيقنت بالملموس مثل الكثير من الجزائريين أن البلد في حاجة الى هذا النوع من الإصلاحات التي تتناول مسألة المؤسسات السياسية الكبرى علاقاتها فيما بينها وبالمواطنين. باختصار وحتى لا أطيل الحديث مسألة إصلاح الدولة الوطنية التي ظهرت على مؤسساتها المركزية الكثير […]
