الجيش الإسرائيلي يحتجز مرشحًا ديمقراطيًا للكونغرس وعشرات المتطوعين خلال قطف الزيتون بالضفة الغربية

  • احتجز الجيش الإسرائيلي نحو 80 متطوعاً أميركياً وإسرائيلياً وبريطانياً أثناء مساعدتهم لعائلة فلسطينية في قطف الزيتون بالضفة الغربية.
  • أُطلق سراح المرشح الديمقراطي للكونغرس براد لاندر بعد توجيه تحذير له بينما لا يزال عدد من الحاخامات والمتطوعين محتجزين.
  • تضمنت قائمة المحتجزين نائب المدعي العام الإسرائيلي السابق يوشوا شوفمان والعديد من الحاخامين والمسؤولين في منظمات حقوقية.
  • أكد المتطوعون أن عملية قطف الزيتون كانت سلمية قبل أن تعلن قوات الأمن المنطقة منطقة عسكرية مغلقة وتقوم باحتجازهم.

احتجز الجيش الإسرائيلي نحو 80 متطوعًا خلال قطف الزيتون بالضفة الغربية، بينهم المرشح الديمقراطي للكونغرس الأميركي عن نيويورك براد لاندر الذي أُفرج عنه لاحقًا وطالب بإطلاق سراح الباقين، متهمًا إسرائيل بممارسة تطهير عرقي برعاية الدولة.
