الحبس والغرامة لمخالفى حظر إقامة منشآت سياحية دون ترخيص بمجرى النيل.. تفاصيل

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • يفرض القانون رقم 147 لسنة 2021 عقوبة الحبس والغرامة على مخالفِي حظر إقامة منشآت سياحية أو نوادي بمجرى نهر النيل دون ترخيص.
  • تتراوح غرامة المخالفة بين مائة ألف جنيه وخمسمائة ألف جنيه، مع إمكانية الحبس لمدة لا تقل عن ستة أشهر.
  • تضاعف العقوبة في حالة العود، وتُزال المباني والإنشاءات غير الحاصلة على ترخيص أو غير الصالحة فنياً أو إنشائياً.
  • يُستثنى من حظر البناء في المناطق المحظورة أعمال النفع العام بعد موافقة الجهات المختصة والالتزام باشتراطات الوزارة.

يأتي القانون رقم 147 لسنة 2021، بإصدار قانون الموارد المائية والري، في إطار الاتجاه نحو تبنى برامج للتنمية الشاملة، من خلال تحسين إدارة المياه..
