الحبس والغرامة لمن تحايل للحصول على وثيقة أو بطاقة لذوي الإعاقة دون حق

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

يفرض القانون رقم 10 لسنة 2018 عقوبات بالحبس والغرامة على من يحصل على مزايا أو وثائق لذوي الإعاقة دون وجه حق.
تتراوح عقوبة الحبس من ستة أشهر إلى غرامة مالية تتراوح بين عشرة آلاف وثلاثين ألف جنيه.
تشمل العقوبات انتحال صفة شخص ذي إعاقة أو مساعدة الغير على انتحالها أو الاستيلاء على أموالهم الموروثة.
يُحكم على الجاني برد الوثائق أو المستندات التي حصل عليها بغير حق مع عدم الإخلال بحقوق الغير حسن النية.

يكفل القانون رقم 10 لسنة 2018 الخاص بحقوق الأشخاص ذوى الإعاقة، سبل دمجهم في المجتمع، من خلال مجموعة متكاملة لإعادة التأهيل والتمكين الاقتصادى والرعاية الصحية والدمج وتكافؤ الفرص التعليمية.
