«الحج والعمرة»: مبادرة «حاج بلا حقيبة» تقلص إجراءات المطار إلى 15 دقيقة

كشف المتحدث الرسمي لوزارة الحج والعمرة، الدكتور غسان النويمي، عن تطبيق مبادرة «حاج بلا حقيبة» لأول مرة خلال موسم الحج الحالي، مؤكدًا أنها أسهمت في تقليص مدة إنهاء إجراءات الحجاج في المطارات من ساعتين إلى نحو 15 دقيقة فقط، في خطوة تستهدف تحسين تجربة ضيوف الرحمن وتسهيل تنقلهم منذ لحظة الوصول.

وأوضح النويمي أن الوزارة عملت على تنفيذ برامج توعوية شاملة بعدة لغات لرفع وعي الحجاج بالأنظمة والخدمات المقدمة، مشيرًا إلى نشر أكثر من 630 ألف مادة توعوية ضمن خطط التوعية والإرشاد خلال الموسم، بما يسهم في تعزيز سلامة الحجاج ورفع مستوى التنظيم.

وأضاف أن أكثر من 111 ألفًا من القوى العاملة يباشرون مهامهم حاليًا لخدمة ضيوف الرحمن مع اكتمال وصول الحجاج، لافتًا إلى أن تطبيق «نسك» تجاوز عدد مستفيديه 51 مليون مستخدم، عبر تقديم أكثر من 130 خدمة متنوعة للحجاج والمعتمرين.
