“الحفر العربية” تحدد موعد إعلان نتائج الربع الثاني

“الحفر العربية” تحدد موعد إعلان نتائج الربع الثاني

أعلنت شركة الحفر العربية عزمها الإعلان عن نتائجها المالية للربع الثاني من عام 2026 يوم الاثنين 10 أغسطس 2026، وذلك قبل افتتاح جلسة التداول في السوق المالية السعودية “تداول”.

وأوضحت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الاثنين، أنها ستعقد اجتماعاً افتراضياً يوم الثلاثاء 11 أغسطس 2026 في تمام الساعة 3:00 مساءً بتوقيت المملكة العربية السعودية، لمناقشة نتائج الأعمال والإجابة عن استفسارات المستثمرين والمحللين الماليين.

وأعلنت شركة الحفر العربية يوم 12 يوليو الماضي عن تلقيها إشعاراً باستئناف العمليات لثلاث منصات حفر بحرية كان قد تم الإفصاح عن تعليق عملها سابقًا في مطلع عام 2026.

وذكرت الشركة في بيان سابق أن تعليق عمل تلك المنصات في ذلك الوقت كان إجراء احترازياً نظراً للظروف الإقليمية بشكل مؤقت وتم تنفيذه بالتنسيق الوثيق مع العملاء والجهات المعنية، مع إعطاء السلامة الأولوية القصوى.
