تصدر محكمة القضاء الإداري بمجلس الدولة حكمها في الطعون المقدمة ضد قرار رئيس الوزراء بشأن معايير عمل لجان حصر وتقييم المناطق الخاضعة لنظام الإيجار القديم.
أقيمت الطعون من محام بعد إتمام قيد الدعوى الدستورية رقم 19 لسنة 48 قضائية دستورية.
قررت محكمة القضاء الإداري بالرحاب تأجيل 1700 طعن قضائي مقدمة من مستأجرين للمطالبة بإلغاء تعديلات قانون الإيجار القديم.
استجابت المحكمة لطلبات الدفاع بالتصريح بإقامة الدعوى الدستورية لعدد من الطعون المتضمنة الطعن على تعديلات القانون وقواعد عمل لجان الحصر.
