الحكومة ترفع دعم الحملات الانتخابية إلى 450 مليون درهم استعدادا لاستحقاقات 2026

حددت الحكومة المبلغ الإجمالي لمساهمة الدولة في تمويل الحملات الانتخابية الخاصة بالأحزاب السياسية المشاركة في الانتخابات العامة لانتخاب أعضاء مجلس النواب، المقررة يوم 23 شتنبر 2026 في 450 مليون درهم.

وحسب قرار لرئيس الحكومة منشور في العدد الأخير من الجريدة الرسمية بتاريخ 11 يونيو الجاري، تم تخصيص 400 مليون درهم لفائدة الأحزاب السياسية المشاركة في الاستحقاقات التشريعية المقبلة إلى جانب غلاف مالي إضافي بقيمة 50 مليون درهم لدعم لوائح الترشيح المقدمة من طرف المترشحات والمترشحين الذين لا تتجاوز أعمارهم 35 سنة شريطة استيفاء الشروط القانونية المطلوبة.

ويأتي هذا القرار في إطار التحضير للاستحقاقات التشريعية المقبلة، حيث يستند إلى مقتضيات القانون التنظيمي المتعلق بالأحزاب السياسية، والقانون التنظيمي الخاص بمجلس النواب إضافة إلى المرسوم المنظم لمساهمة الدولة في تمويل الحملات الانتخابية للأحزاب المشاركة في الانتخابات العامة.

كما يعتمد القرار على المرسوم المحدد لشروط وكيفيات صرف الدعم المالي العمومي لفائدة لوائح الترشيح الخاصة بالمترشحات والمترشحين الذين لا تتجاوز أعمارهم 34 سنة، برسم انتخابات مجلس النواب.
