الخارجية السعودية: اجتماع دول حلف مكة في طهران اليوم يهدف لخفض التصعيد

يترأس وزير الدفاع السعودي الأمير خالد بن سلمان وفد المملكة للمشاركة في اجتماعات طهران مع دول اتفاقية مكة للدفاع المشترك.
يضم الوفد السعودي مشاركي من باكستان وتركيا لمناقشة الأمن الإقليمي وخفض التصعيد ودعم جهود الوساطة.
تعد هذه المحادثات أول اتصال رفيع المستوى بين إيران وأعضاء التكتل الثلاثي منذ هجمات الحوثيين.
تلتزم دول اتفاقية مكة بالدفاع المشترك حيث يعتبر أي هجوم مسلح على عضو فيها هجوماً على الجميع.

أكد وكيل وزارة الخارجية السعودية للدبلوماسية العامة رائد قرملي، أن وزير الدفاع الأمير خالد بن سلمان سيترأس وفد المملكة للاجتماعات التي تستضيفها العاصمة الإيرانية طهران اليوم، بين دول اتفاقية مكة للدفاع المشترك والمسؤولين في إيران.
