“الخزامى التجارية” تحصل على تمويل بـ 35 مليون ريال من “مصرف الراجحي”

حصلت شركة الخزامى التجارية بتاريخ 7 يونيو الحالي على تسهيلات ائتمانية بقيمة 35 مليون ريال، متوافقة مع أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية من مصرف الراجحي.

وقالت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الاثنين إن مدة التمويل 42 شهراً مع وجود فترة سماح 6 أشهر، والضمانات المقدمة مقابل التمويل- كفالة غرم وأداء والتزام من: علي بن مبارك الدوسري – رئيس مجلس الإدارة، وكفالة غرم وأداء والتزام من: خالد بن علي الحقباني – نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة، وسند لأمر بمبلغ 38.5 مليون ريال.

أوضحت أن الهدف من التسهيلات تمويل الاستحواذ على ما يعادل 25% من شركة الأكل الفريد لتقديم الوجبات، بالإضافة إلى دعم رأس المال العامل.
