الداخلية الإسبانية: شبكات التهريب تستغل حكما قضائيا لتشجيع الهجرة

حملت وزارة الداخلية الإسبانية، اليوم الخميس 30 يوليوز 2026، شبكات الاتجار بالبشر مسؤولية موجة الهجرة غير النظامية التي تشهدها مدينة سبتة المحتلة منذ ثلاثة أيام، معتبرة أنها تستغل حكما قضائيا صادرا عن المحكمة العليا الإسبانية لتشجيع تدفق المهاجرين غير النظاميين، ومعظمهم من الشباب، نحو المدينة.

وحسب مصادر متطابقة، قررت السلطات الإسبانية الشروع، بشكل فوري، في تنفيذ مسطرة الإرجاع الجماعي للمهاجرين غير الشرعيين الذين نفذوا عمليات اختراق للمياه المحيطة بمدينة سبتة.

وستجري هذه العملية بتنسيق مع السلطات المغربية المختصة، وستشمل جميع المهاجرين بمن فيهم القاصرين.

وقالت الوزارة في بلاغ رسمي، إن التعاون بين إسبانيا والمغرب مثالي في مختلف المجالات، بما فيها تدبير ملفات الهجرة، مؤكدة أن شبكات تهريب البشر تستغل حكما قضائيا لتشجيع تدفق المهاجرين غير الحاملين للوثائق.

وأعرب وزير الداخلية الإسباني فرناندو غراندي-مارلاسكا، عن شكره للسلطات المغربية على ما وصفه بالجهود التي بذلتها قوات الأمن خلال الأيام الماضية، مشيرا إلى أنها أحبطت آلاف محاولات الهجرة غير النظامية.
